01 · OUR COMMITMENT

We want leucasiasuites.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We work to improve the experience for all users progressively.

02 · CONFORMANCE STATUS

We take the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our reference. The site is partially conformant: some sections may not yet fully meet all criteria.

03 · LEGAL FRAMEWORK

The European Accessibility Act (Directive EU 2019/882), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022, applies from 28 June 2025. Microenterprises providing services — with fewer than 10 staff and an annual turnover or balance-sheet total not exceeding €2 million — are exempt from its obligations. Michelangelo S.r.l. falls within this category: this statement is therefore made voluntarily, as a commitment to quality and not to fulfil a legal obligation.

04 · KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Some content and tools provided by third parties — for example maps, the booking engine and external widgets — may not be fully accessible and are not under our direct control.
