05 · BOOKING TERMS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Bookings are governed by the Booking Terms accepted at the time of booking. Under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or period. The cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking apply.

06 · GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship is governed by Italian law. In dealings with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, under the Italian Consumer Code.
