05 · LEGAL BASIS
On what basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you subscribe to the newsletter and/or accept marketing cookies. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
06 · PROFILING AND AUTOMATED DECISIONS
What we do not do
The segmentation described is profiling for marketing purposes, but it does not involve solely automated decisions producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
07 · TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
International transfers
Meta may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. The transfer is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long
Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter. Audiences created on Meta are kept according to the platform's retention settings.
