An apartment two minutes' walk from a small, beautiful Salento beach. A spacious living room with a dining table and a soft sofa, two bedrooms — each for two. One of the living-room balconies looks out to the sea. A warm, lived-in atmosphere, quality mattresses and everything needed to rest by the water, without excess.

There is no kitchen; for breakfast and coffee there is a coffee machine, a kettle and a mini-fridge. Bathrooms are fully renovated, dark-toned travertine effect, compact shower without a glass screen. Second floor, no lift.

At around 24 square metres, Marea is the quieter of the apartment's two bedrooms, turned a little away from the day. Warm wood and softened tones make it a room for deep rest after hours by the water; a quality mattress and its own small balcony complete it. Sleeping two, it shares the apartment's living area and sea-facing balconies, the beach a short walk away.

At around 24 square metres, Alba is a bright bedroom for two within the seaside apartment at Rivabella, two minutes from a small Salento beach. Its calm interior — a quality mattress, a soft headboard, muted tones — is defined most of all by the morning: the sun reaches its own private balcony first, and the day begins slowly, without haste. Beyond the room, the apartment opens into a living area and, from its balconies, a view of the sea, the shore and its light never far away.

Booking & Stay Conditions
Booking & payment
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled before arrival, according to the terms and deadlines communicated to the guest at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation falls outside the terms set out in the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation policy
We keep a moderate cancellation policy. The aim is to offer guests a degree of flexibility while maintaining adequate protection for the property. Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in: the guest is refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show or an early departure, the full amount of the stay is charged.
Minimum stay
For the launch, we welcome stays from a single night across all properties, throughout the year. The minimum stay may be adjusted over time according to demand, seasonality and operational needs. Any change will be reflected in the booking terms before it takes effect.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am (by 11:00 am in some cases). Check-in is autonomous, by a personal code shared before arrival; no physical keys are needed. This arrangement allows the home to be prepared and cleaned calmly between guests.
