Set on a quiet street a few steps from Lecce's baroque centre, near Porta San Biagio, this fully renovated townhouse of 152 square metres (1,636 square feet) is given over to just three suites, a home that offers guests real privacy and ease, a little removed from the streets below. Each suite carries its own name and character, Meriggio, Riflesso and Sereno, while sharing the same considered aesthetic: clean contemporary lines, natural materials and a calm, light-filled palette drawn from marble and warm wood.
Alongside signature features such as private marble bathrooms and quality mattresses, each suite enjoys a walk-in shower, air-conditioning, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. A lift and a step-free entrance ramp make every floor easy to reach, autonomous key-card access keeps every arrival discreet and unhurried, and double glazing holds the city's quiet. Suites
A few steps from the baroque heart of Lecce, Riflesso keeps the character of the larger suite in a more intimate proportion. At 30 square metres (323 square feet), it holds the same considered design and natural palette, marble-effect surfaces, warm wood and a soft, even light, in a space made for slow mornings and easy evenings within walking distance of the city's cafés and baroque streets. The bedroom combines a double bed and a sofa bed for up to four guests, with a wardrobe, Smart TV, air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Its private marble-effect bathroom offers a walk-in shower, LED mirror, towel warmer, bidet and WC. It is a suite that asks for little and gives quiet in return, restrained, contemporary, and entirely at ease with the city just outside.

On a quiet street near Porta San Biagio, a short walk from Lecce's baroque centre, Meriggio is the most spacious of the townhouse's three suites. At 47 square metres (506 square feet), it is a light-filled retreat where the day is measured by the sun, full through the morning, soft and even into the afternoon, while clean contemporary lines, verde oceano marble-effect surfaces and warm wood bring a calm materiality within. The open bedroom combines a double bed and a sofa bed for up to four guests, with a wardrobe, Smart TV, air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Its private marble-effect bathroom offers a walk-in shower, LED mirror, towel warmer, bidet and WC. Beyond the glass, a large private balcony opens onto the quiet side of the street, a place for an early coffee, an open book, or the last light of evening over the old rooftops.

The most secluded of the three suites, Sereno is the only one with its own large private terrace. At 20 square metres (215 square feet), the interior keeps the house's calm palette and clean lines, marble, warm wood and gentle light, while the true measure of the suite is found outside, in the open air a few minutes from the centre of Lecce. Within, a double bed for two sits alongside a wardrobe, Smart TV, air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi, with a private marble bathroom offering a walk-in shower, LED mirror, towel warmer, bidet and WC. Beyond the room, the large private terrace becomes a place apart, for breakfast in the open air, a long lunch in the shade, and quiet evenings under the Salento sky.

Booking & Stay Conditions
Booking & payment
A reservation is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is settled before arrival, according to the terms and deadlines communicated to the guest at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation falls outside the terms set out in the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation policy
We keep a moderate cancellation policy. The aim is to offer guests a degree of flexibility while maintaining adequate protection for the property. Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in: the guest is refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show or an early departure, the full amount of the stay is charged.
Minimum stay
For the launch, we welcome stays from a single night across all properties, throughout the year. The minimum stay may be adjusted over time according to demand, seasonality and operational needs. Any change will be reflected in the booking terms before it takes effect.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am (by 11:00 am in some cases). Check-in is autonomous, by a personal code shared before arrival; no physical keys are needed. This arrangement allows the home to be prepared and cleaned calmly between guests.

A whole apartment on the second floor above the shore at Rivabella, reached by its own stair, two minutes on foot from a small Ionian beach on the edge of Gallipoli. The living room gathers around a round dining table, with a sofa, a television and a corner for coffee; from its balcony, the sea. Two bedrooms follow, Alba and Marea, each with a balcony of its own and air conditioning, sleeping up to four in all. The bathroom is lined in soft travertine-effect stone, with a walk-in shower and warm towels. Mornings begin unhurried, with an espresso before the town wakes and the beach fills. A private parking space is yours, with more across the road, and you let yourself in with a personal code.
